Eduard Edel receives “Award for long-standing product quality” for the 12th time

The DLG (German Agricultural Society) has awarded the Eduard Edel candy factory for the 12th time with the “award for long-standing product quality”. Edel participated continuously and successfully in the DLG quality tests for bakery, confectionery and cereal, thus demonstrating its long-term product quality.

Numerous companies in the food industry send their products to the DLG tests, where they are evaluated by experts. To encourage this pursuit of quality, the DLG introduced the manufacturer’s award for long-standing product quality in 2014. The requirements for the award are five consecutive years of participation with at least three awards per year. In the last years, Edel always reached gold or silver medals. This year, Edel received gold medals for all eight submitted products. The thanks of the management go to the employees who provide top performance and thus ensure the long-term quality of the products.
