What once began with Franz Conrad Edel, who married into a local family of confectioners and founded his own candy factory, is now a mature, medium-sized company with around 60 employees that stands for quality, tradition, and enjoyment. Whether classic silky-shine candies, soothing herbal compositions, or creative innovations such as “Edel Inclusions” with real fruit pieces—with us, nostalgia meets taste experience.
